Without sight, one is lost. Sight is understanding and perceiving. Being able to perceive is a trait of a leader. A leader must be able to analyze and understand a situation. Without understanding one is blind. Blindness causes fear, anxiety, stress, lack of understanding and lack of direction. Overall, being blind cause stagnation. It is difficult to move without direction or understanding. Sight is crucial to enhancing one’s life. To be able to develop sight you first have to understand who you are, and where you want to go. This is just the first step to gaining sight.
