Do you have anxiety about whats next?

Do not worry about what you “should” be doing or where others think you “should” be. Worrying is wasteful. When people worry it is only because something is out of their control at that moment. Focusing too much on timeframe is torment to yourself. You cannot control time.

Worrying causes anxiety. Anxiety is a hindrance derived from fear. It is worrying about the unknown in an unknown timeframe. In other words, anxiety is fearing what is next. Worrying is detrimental to your future progression. Focusing on the things you can control in this moment is how you can defeat fear.

Employ Fear

A lot of us allow fear to reign over certain areas of our lives. We fear being great, we fear failure, we fear rejection and etc.  Clearly, if we are allowing fear to keep us stagnant then we have the wrong perspective or belief of fear.  We must stop being an employee of fear and be the employer. Employ fear in your life. Allow fear to motivate you in the right direction. Change how you see your employee (Fear). You are being fearful of the wrong things. You should fear not trying, not chasing your dreams, not being mediocre, and etc. Fear should be helping motivate you to pursue the best you, you can be. You have the roles all wrong, fear should work for you!
